This page is where you will find information about our application process.

Application

The application period for the 2010-2011 school year is about to begin on January 1, 2010 and will continue until the school reaches our maximum capacity.  Please check our Prospective Students tab for information regarding upcoming informational open houses.  We only anticipate 20 student openings for the 2010-2011 school year.  Parents are encourage to apply as early as possible to ensure a spot is available for the applying student.

The application for the 2010-2011 school year is listed below.  Please make sure that you bring and submit all necessary documents to have your application considered.  Please ensure that read all directions and complete all parts of the application form.

Completed forms can be returned three different ways, in person, by mail or fax.
